Return & Refund Policy

At Eagle X Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, we accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is defective or tampered with upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken safety seals
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by Eagle X Nutrition.
• In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
